We currently offer shipping exclusively within Australia.

Processing Time:

Order Processing: All orders are handmade to order so it can take 2-6 business days. During peak periods, such as holidays, processing times may be extended.
Dispatch Time: Once your order is processed, it will be dispatched according to the selected shipping method.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 4-7 business days, depending on your location. Standard shipping is provided via Australia Post.
Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days. Express shipping is available at an additional cost and is provided via Australia Post Express.

Return & Exchange Policy

Description:
At Allure Inspired Creations, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 7- day return/refund policy for our preserved flower hair pins to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase.

Policy Details:
Eligibility: You may request a refund for any preserved flower hair pin within 7 days from the date you receive it. To be eligible, the item must be in its original, unused condition and packaging. Due to the delicate nature of preserved flowers, returns are only accepted if the item is returned in perfect condition.

Procedure: If you wish to return your hair pin, please email me & include a clear photo of the item in its original packaging within 7 days of purchase: allureinspiredcreations@yahoo.com

Refunds: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
